Sally Graham

I am an International Bikini Competitor & Fitness Model, a full time mother, and own my own successful business. I have always lived a healthy lifestyle and been very much into Health & Fitness. As a child I grew up in the country and took an interest in sport from a very young age including Gymnastics, Modern Dance & owning & and competing on my own horses.

In 2011 I was honoured to be asked to join the Hercules British Team to compete in the Wabba Mr/Miss Universe European Championships in Alzey, Germany, in December 2011; this was the first time a British Team had been chosen for this event in 7 years! It truly was a life changing experience! I am set to return to compete in the Wabba Mr/Miss Universe World Championships in Venice on the 9th June!

I can’t say how much of an honour it is, to be in a position of influence to other mothers & business women alike, when someone tells me I have helped take a step towards a better life it truly makes my day! The most rewarding thing about being in this awesome sport is the ability to share the knowledge that I have learnt to help other people get into shape and for me to be a part (even if it is just a small one) in helping someone change their life for the better.

The reason I can be a mother, run a business, train 5/6 days per week & follow a strict & healthy diet, is because I work my arse off, it’s not luck, it not good genes, it’s not fairy dust! Its working my arse of 5 days a week for an hour and a half in the gym…what you get out of life it is relative to what you put into it & that’s the message that I would like to help get across.
