I have been competing for 12yrs now starting out as a NABBA Competitor were my bodybuilding journey began, with many NABBA titles under my belt including,

• NABBA North West
• British, Universe 4th
• Miss UK
• Lots of regional wins

My competitive journey was off to a great start!

I also took the WABBA British title in this same year, I switched to UKBFF for my 2nd year and won the UKBFF North west, and then qualified for the UKBFF British finals which again I took that title too and earned my IFBB Pro Card. So now I was ready to go out and compete as an IFBB fitness pro. I stayed in the fitness ranks for a few years and then when they brought figure to the pro stage I decided to change and have now competed in over 25 pro shows in my career as a pro.

I was also invited to compete in the pro figure line up at the Arnold classic in '05 being the 1st British girl to get on the figure stage. What an achievement and an honour to do such a great show!

In 07 I took some time out as I had competed for 7 years without having a brake, and decided to rest but rest wasnt on the cards as I gave birth to twin girls in '08 and thought my time as a competitor was gone, but got myself back to the gym and slowly but surely built my physique back. In 2010 I got back on stage in the Toronto pro and here I am now, doing seminars, Expos, and helping others get on stage too. What a journey I have had and what a great experience I will never forget.
